Making perceptible
what remains invisible.

I create situations in which bodies, matter, sound, time and environment participate in the emergence of the work.

Cartographie des liens

Threads trace relationships, distances and encounters. A collective gesture brings forth an unpredictable geography.

Presented at the university in 2026, the work is shaped by the relationships that emerge among people, gestures and threads. The map is not determined in advance: it becomes the material trace of a shared experience.

A future extension is envisaged as a collective tapestry using the Arraiolos stitch, a technique learned in childhood.

Artistic statement

Creating conditions
for co-emergence

My practice explores how invisible realities become perceptible through the body, matter, sound and performative action.

I often begin with a notion—its meaning, etymology, uses and shifts. Words become gestures, traces, sounds or materials. Rather than determining a final form, I create conditions for emergence: materials, people, duration and environment contribute to what comes into being.

This methodology of co-emergence involves an ecology of attention. The work is not a fixed object, but an experience traversed by unpredictability, the agency of matter and the passage of time.

The concept becomes embodied

When words leave the page, threads, constellations, entanglements and voices compose a map of thought.

Written matter can become visual matter. Words are no longer simply read: they connect, shift and build an architecture of meaning through writing, image, object, textile, movement or sound.

Attention · Perception

+

Becoming available

Attention is not an imposed slowing down. It is a posture of presence that opens perception to what is already there.

Becoming available to presence makes it possible to receive the vibrations of a machine, the movement of wind, a material transformation or a relationship taking shape.

Water · Identity

+

What takes shape

Water adapts without ceasing to be itself. It shifts the question of identity towards continuous becoming.

Surface, medium, memory and force of transformation: water runs through the practice as both a tangible material and a way of thinking about what remains mobile and impossible to fix.
